Innovative Idealists tend to have a lot of ideas and favor exploring rather than creating with narrow parameters.

Innovative Idealists are likely…
Innovative Idealists are highly motivated and have no shortage of original ideas. They tend to have a million projects going on at once and have no problem exploring different mediums or subject matter.
As important as it is to explore every new idea that comes to your innovative mind, you must also establish your own signature style and way of looking at the world. Creating a brand will give your portfolio more definition. If your customer knows what you stand for and that they can rely on you for consistently beautiful art you will be known for reliability and professionalism.
Think about this: If a piece of your work was in an art show and it got lost, would someone find it and be able to recognize it as your work? Would your work be returned to you if it didn't have your signature?
Having a consistent voice across your online and in-person platforms will support your portfolio and convey that you are a serious creative. Or If you are an artist who creates for enjoyment then through journaling or a sketchbook practice you can reflect on what matters to you and what you love about art.
If you tend to lack cohesion, it might be time to search for threads that tie your work together.
What elements can you recognize in all of your work? If you can't think of anything at first, expand your parameters… Is one color in all of your work? Maybe a certain roundness or thickness can describe all of your lines? Or maybe all of your work deals with animals, nature or a social cause?
